In June 2017 Alexey Puhkov, Senator for Perm Krai, have paid a working visit to JSC «UEC-Aviadvigatel».
Alexey K. Pushkov, Member of the Defense and Security Committee of the Federation Council, Chief of Interim Commission of the Federation Council for Information Policy and Media Relations, have been to Perm visiting engine manufacturing design bureau. This was the first time the senator have visited the engine manufacturer, and during this visit Pushkov have taken a close look at Aviadvigatel’s pilot production: he saw the PD-14 assembly, advanced equipment, robotic cells and multi-purpose machining centers, engine test rigs, and noise research center.
The Member of Parliament held a working meeting with a senior management of the Design Bureau: Nikolai Koksharov, Senior Deputy Managing Director – General Designer, Head of Development Design Bureau; Sergey Kharin, Senior Deputy Managing Director – General Designer on Aircraft Engines; Sergey Vaganov, Deputy Managing Director – Pilot-Production Director; Tatiana Snitko, Deputy Managing Director – HR Director. The discussions among the participants addressed current issues of lawmaking related to the aviation industry business activity.
