“You can learn this important specialist field in our production not only within a vocational education institution, but also in the corporate training center for three months, while getting a 25,000 ruble scholarship. An essential requirement for intending students is a basic technical education. Upon completing a three-week theoretical course, to-be professionals will have to pass through a practice, first at the training and research site, and then at production site. Those who successfully pass the final qualification exam are guaranteed a job and a full package of wage supplements,” says Tatyana Snitko, ad interim HR-Director at UEC-Perm Engines.

Intake of those wishing to learn working professions takes place at the corporate training center three times a year. In 2022, total of 26 persons were trained here as turning, lathe, boring, and capstan lathe operators. The youngest of them was 18 years old, and the eldest one was 58.
