The Training Center of UEC-Perm Engines (a part of Rostec United Engine Corporation, member of Russian Engineering Union (Soyuzmash of Russia)) has launched its fourth training group this year under the “Mentor-Instructor” program.
Spanning 100 hours, the training course is built around a unified cascading mentorship model: transferring practical knowledge and training mentors in skills to guide new employees through their early career steps with efficiency.
“Systematic training of mentor-instructors cuts down the learning curve for new hires, reduces early‑stage professional development errors, and fosters a culture of continuous learning within the enterprise,” said Nikolay Andreev, Adviser Director General of UEC-Perm Engines, Deputy Chairman of the Perm regional branch of the Russian Engineering Union.
In 2026, the company’s Training Center has already trained 74 mentor-instructors. In the fourth group, another 29 workers and inspectors from the production departments of UEC‑Perm Engines will acquire new expertise.
