A Laboratory for testing strength of aeroengine materials and parts in UEC-Aviadvigatel has been accredited by the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviation).
The Rosaviation has certified the Aero-engines Parts and Materials Strength Testing Laboratory (AE PMS TL) as technically competent and independent laboratory of civil aviation objects. AE PMS TL was registered in the Rosaviation Register under the number IL-011.
The document obtaining was preceded by extensive preliminary efforts allowed to accumulate good practice of collaboration with new state accrediting body.
Rosaviation Accreditation Certificate became an important stage in a development history of the laboratory that have been testing specimens of PD-14 materials within special qualification since 2011, and can be deemed as further documentary evidence of the Perm Design Bureau experts’ knowledges in the said scope of accreditation.
