A new information space for online learning has been developed in the Rostec United Engine Corporation. 12 enterprises of the corporation are connected to the system including UEC-Aviadvigatel JSC. Within a month, the project will go into a large-scale operation phase.
“The opportunity to get knowledge at a time convenient for the employee, to study at his/ her own pace, and to have access to educational materials are the advantages of the online learning system. It is an essential tool for the staff development. In addition to training, the implemented module will make it possible to form the pool of all the UEC online training courses, thus enabling the HR directorates to expand the training programs for the companies’ employees,” Anastasia Sotnikova, the head of the corporate University of JSC UEC, explains.
Expanding the accessibility of the necessary information for the employees is one of the main goals of the project for the online learning system development.
The online learning system, installing modern digital technologies at workplaces and specially equipped classrooms allow for the online teaching of topics critical for the corporation’s enterprises.
The system presents training programs on implemented and existing software, digital competencies - digital production, as well as on software and project management, lean manufacturing and quality competencies.
