A delegation of the Russian association of producers of specialized machinery and equipment (Rosspetsmash Association) paid a working visit to the manufacturing sites of “UEC-Perm Engines” (a part of Rostec United Engine Corporation).
The purpose of the visit was to expand cooperation between companies, share experience and familiarize with the production capacity of the production plant for civil aviation engines and industrial gas turbines.
The Rosspetsmash delegation included the heads of factories producing road construction, municipal, trailed and agricultural equipment, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Federal Road Transport Agency, and Rosagroleasing.
Russian industrialists visited the aircraft engine assembly shop and learned about the history of Perm engine manufacturing in the corporate museum.
According to Konstantin Babkin, President of the Rosspetsmash Association, the enterprises of JSC “UEC-Perm Engines” are the flagships of the national aircraft industry, actively introducing advanced technologies in engine development and batch manufacturing. They have accumulated extensive experience in promoting their products on the domestic and foreign markets, improving quality, and digitalization. That is why the enterprises of the association are interested in expanding the production partnership with Perm engine manufacturers.
