JSC “UEC-Perm Engines” (a part of Rostec United Engine Corporation) will hire 24 graduates of the Perm Technical School of Industrial Technologies named after B.G. Izgagin who signed a targeted training agreement with the enterprise.
At the end of June, at a solemn ceremony at the technical school, the employer-sponsored students were awarded diplomas of secondary professional education in the specialties of Computer-controlled Machine Operator, Machine Tool and Locksmith Work Inspector, Machine Tool and Equipment Setter in Machining Process. All students managed to prove themselves worthily during their studies and practical training at the plant, and those who distinguished themselves in their studies received additional scholarships from the enterprise. The employer-sponsored students will be hired at UEC-Perm Engines with the fourth skill category.
During the first year of employment, young professionals will receive a pay supplement from 10 to 15 percent. From the first working day, they will participate in all social programs of the enterprise, including annual seniority supplement, compensation for hot meals, medical assistance of medical specialists at the plant health center, partial compensation for costs of commuting to work and vouchers for sanatorium-resort therapy.
It is important that the period of study is counted in the seniority, so specialists from the first day of employment are paid a seniority supplement in the amount of 18 percent at the tariff rate – this is another advantage for those who today choose to work at UEC-Perm Engines.
Interesting hard work, close-knit factory team, active sports, cultural and intellectual life under the guidance of the Youth Council of the enterprise are waiting for the graduates of the technical school at the plant. For those who are focused on career development, there is a school of Youth Staff Reserve and the possibility of further education in university and advanced training at the plant's training center.
Veronika Sagitova, computer-controlled machine operator, met the labor collective of the machine-assembly department during her practical training, operated machines and even managed to take part in the factory’s swimming competition. Veronika is intended to continue study at the Perm National Research Polytechnic University and sign the second targeted training agreement with the enterprise
Sergey Cherenev, machine tool and equipment setter in machining process, already knows his future job in the machining shop well. During his practical training, he not only mastered the equipment, but also gained skills of effective teamwork at the training workshop that is annually held by the plant’s training center for employer-sponsored students. Thus, the young professional already has both practical experience and experience of adaptation to the production process.

Working at the plant is hard but this is the right way to grow your skills and be stable in your adult life”, said to the graduates of the Perm Technical School of Industrial Technologies named after B.G. Izgagin Tatyana Snitko, ad interim HR Director at UEC-Perm Engines.
