The Governor of Perm Krai Dmitry Makhonin awarded Elena Onyanova, Deputy Director of the Development Production Plant of JSC “UEC-Aviadvigatel” (a part of Rostec United Engine Corporation).
During the meeting of the Board of Directors of Industrial Enterprises of Perm Krai, held at the exhibition "Weapons of Victory" at the Shpagin plant, the governor of the region awarded memorable signs and medals to collectives and employees of industrial enterprises. Among the awardees is Elena Onyanova, Deputy Director of the Development Production Plant of JSC “UEC-Aviadvigatel”. She was awarded the jubilee medal "For the Glory and Development of Perm".
Elena Onyanova started her career at UEC-Aviadvigatel as Head of the Department of Continuous Improvement of Production. Under her direct supervision, principles of lean manufacturing have been introduced at the enterprise, a mechanism for submitting proposals for improving the plant's operation has been created and project activities in this direction have been launched.
"Elena Onyanova is an active and system fighter for improving the production standards. She instills the ability to learn constantly, optimize your work and reduce any kind of losses. The flexible skill of lean manufacturing is one of the key skills of the future, and this is very important for our company, which is constantly working for the future," said Alexander Inozemtsev, Managing Director – General Designer of JSC “UEC-Aviadvigatel”, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
In 2020, Elena Onyanova was appointed Deputy Director of the Development Production Plant for General Issues, and now successfully combines new functions with the management of the improvement of the production system.
