A mini-polyclinic was opened on the territory of the Perm enterprises "UEC-Aviadvigatel" and "UEC-Perm Engines" (part of Rostec United Engine Corporation) within the framework of the Industrial Medicine program. The new medical facility is equipped with modern technology and qualified specialists, including dentists.
The opening ceremony was attended by Anatoly Serdyukov, Industrial Director of the Aviation Complex of the Rostec State Corporation, Diana Nikolaeva, General Director of Centraviamed, and Alexander Inozemtsev, Managing Director – General Designer of JSC “UEC-Aviadvigatel”.
"Rostec strives to create the most comfortable working conditions for its employees, including taking care of their health. Together with Centraviamed, we have already established more than 40 health posts and mini-polyclinics at Rostec enterprises in 13 regions of Russia. In addition, there are three large medical centers in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The most important thing is that the polyclinics are located on the territory of the enterprises or near them, and the centers employ specialists in all major areas," said Anatoly Serdyukov.
The Perm mini-polyclinic is based on the central health post of the UEC-Perm Engines research and production complex. Doctors of nine specialties, as well as ultrasound and functional diagnostics, X-ray, phlebotomy, paramedic and physiotherapy rooms are available.
"The opening of the polyclinic is an important signal that UEC pursues a systematic social policy and cares of its employees. There is no time to be sick. We are waiting for new employees at our Perm enterprises, and they should know that they have full working conditions here," said Vadim Badekha, General Director of UEC, member of the Bureau of the Central Council of “SoyuzMash of Russia”.
Perm engine manufacturers will be able to receive a wide range of medical services from diagnostics and treatment to prevention, rehabilitation and registration of various medical documentation without leaving the territory of the enterprises. The medical center is also responsible for conducting mandatory medical examinations directly on the territory of the enterprises. Employees can undergo magnetotherapy, electrophoresis, oxygen-helium therapy, respiratory function tests, electrocardiograms, acute toothache relief, etc. by referral from a doctor.
Today, specialists of the Perm mini-polyclinic will be able to provide more than 6.5 thousand services every month. These include visits to doctors and paramedics, shop calls, pre-trip and post-trip examinations of drivers, various medical manipulations and procedures.
